No: You have ascites from cirrhosis. You may need to take the water pills regularly. Milk thistle has no role in this problem.

Yes...it can: Severe liver diseases as in cirrhosis, often due to hepc n/or alcohol etc..Can cause fluid retention in the abdomen (ascities) and swelling of legs.
Often a difficult illness to manage, because the liver is so important an organ in term of its miriad of functions. He may have esophageal varices (enlarged veins in esophagus) which may bleed..
Regular visits with doc..Very important..

Meds/limit salt: the fluid build up is due to the weakness of the heart and subsequent salt/fluid accumuliation.  the meds your doctor gives you often strengthen the heart, lessening the tendancy for accumulation.  salt in the diet will cause more fluid to accumulation - avoid salt.

at 38 weeks you need to be concerned for the last two weeks. Baby is probably doing fine, but nurses in your OB office will help you personally! give them a call.

You should be seeing your OB each week by now. If no OB care call a free clinic in your town.

: The white substance in your bowel movement was most likely mucus. Even if your partner pulled out before ejaculating, sperm can be in the precum and enter the vagina. If conception occurred, implantation bleeding can occur 10-14 days later but your spotting was earlier than that. If you miss your next period, perform a pregnancy test 4 days later.

Fluid may mean: infection or inflammation. If no fever, then could be ovarian cyst, or endometriosis, causing inflammation, pain.
