Absolutely not : Only glaucoma drugs that are prostaglandin inhibitors can /do have side effect of lengthening eyelashes, and changing eye color darker when instilled into the eye as eyedrops used daily. However, they are not used for eyebrow regrowth. So eyebrows aren't affected whatsoever. Your eyebrows will grow back quickly by themselves, and organic, raw coconut oil is a great moisturizer. Apply lightly.
