Probably patience: If everything is healing, and they eye is working normally, then allow the healing to continue.  Blood pools in soft tissue after trauma and can take quite a while to completely resolve. Give it another 2 weeks unless you are having trouble with your vision, breathing, or sinuses.  Take care!

Bruise read on..: Sometimes a hit over a bone can lead toa bruise with capillary breaks. This can lead to anatomosis ( capillaries joining up and forming a long term reddish mark. It may diminish over time and skin thickening as one ages. Have it seen once by a doctor/dermatologist.

Fat necrosis: It is much more likely related to trauma to the fat tissue than bone. This takes 2-3 months to resolve. If you are concerned about the bone seek out an XR. All the best.

Vague: Need a thorough history and exam.  Has this bruise appeared before, cause, duration, severity, affecting the eye, etc.?  Could be some sort of sinus infection if the headache is coming on.  If this continues, i would see a dr. As a preventative action.
