Submental lymph node: This is usually a lymph node under your chin, and it usually swells when there is an infection on your chin, or possibly anywhere on your face.  I see it most commonly in teens and young adults with acne on their chin, but rosacea on your nose or cheeks could do it.  If you don't have an obvious infection, have it checked out by your doctor or an ent.  Sometimes an infected cyst causes this.

Dr. can check throat: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin can help decrease throat pain.

No -- no freak out: Freaking out is not indicated, but an exam by your physician is.  Plus at 19 you may want to reconsider your smoking habit. The small tender lump is most likely a lymph node, but it needs to be checked if it doesn't recede as your cold improves. Take care.

Lump under chin: First, unless you have been diagnosed with one previously, a thyroglossal duct cyst is rare and something that has likely been searched out on the internet. Second a pimple, carbuncle, or furuncle can cause tender lumps under the chin which may be either a swollen lymph node or an actual cellulitis or abscess of the anterior neck space.  See your doctor.

Needs check: There are many possible causes for a tender lump under the chin, and some of them need treatment. 
They can come from dental problems, and can be caused by infections. See your doctor or if you have problems with your teeth, see your dentist.

Lymph node: I'm not sure what the Sore is but under chin could be a sore lymph node related to the infection of your lap. The lips lymph nodes drain to the Mac. I would see a doctor perhaps an ENT.

Sore throat with  ln: Uri upper respiratory infection. If  fever and chills with yellow. Sputum , them antibiotic is needed   hope you feel better.
