Many causes: White matter lesions can be caused by a very wide range of things, ranging from toxic exposure to multiple sclerosis to hypertension to chronic migraines.  A neurologist can help you put the imaging findings into perspective with the rest of your clinical picture, and guide further workup and treatment as needed.

: Avoid focusing on MRI findings, as this is unlikely to change inspite of control of migraines.  See a neurologist, consider one of the newer Gepants, as at least two can be used to prevent headaches and control breakthroughs.  The T2 lesions are an epiphenomena and should not be areas of primary attention.

Depends on age: some people have a higher white/gray matter ratio than others.  that being said, some disorders show up as white areas on cerebral tissue;  discuss with your neurologist.

Dry eye?  Allergies?: Could be mucus from dry eye.  See an ophthalmologist, but you could try artificial tears or other otc drops like zaditor (ketotifen) first.

Consult with neuro: It is always important to make a correlation with the symptoms you are presenting, if any. Also a visit with a specialist or your primary care physician would be ideal. This results might be benign incidental changes, for us to know we need to acknowledge the reason the MRI was done.  You should return with your results to the physician that ordered that MRI. Masturbation: I am unaware of any studies that masturbation causes any degenerative changes on the brain.

Maybe...: Really depends on the location and the number of white matter lesions. In demyelinating disorders such as multiple sclerosis if having a increase lesion burden, cognitive dysfunction  will occur. Otherwise, the number and location is important to determine whether there'll be any memory or cognitive issues.

I cannot make: an association between a "low" bilirubin and ANY disorder...however I can find a reference in 'Nature" that may be the report you are wondering about. In general such reports are rare. I would check out your questions with your PCP.

One night is prob OK: While long-term sleep deprivation can be associated with structural brain changes (C. Liu et al., NeuroReport 2014 25(5):320-3), a single night is unlikely to alter the findings of a structural MRI study.  … but it IS likely to alter measures of brain function.

Yes: Lupus can cause a variety of MRI findings in the brain, esp. in pts. with antibodies to phospholipids. Various types of infarctions are most common.
