Same but different: Closed or hemorrhagic head injury can damage frontal lobe function.  The resulting syndrome is indistinguishable from inherited adhd.  The same executive functions are disrupted, particularly organization and inhibition. We don't call it "adhd, " we call it tbi.

Unlikely: If an asthma attack is very severe it can lead to respiratory failure where, the oxygen level can decrease and lead to cyanosis (bluish color of the lip and around the mouth). This is a very late sign in an asthma attack and an emergency.  The usual signs of asthma in children is relentless cough, wheezing, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing.

Laser: the 5:00 shadow is caused by dark hair semi visible through translucent skin. laser addresses the skin below the surface. Or save your money and just use clippers (carefully).

Possibly: In the setting of pulmonary hypertension and the shunt reversing to right to left (vsd flow is normally left to right) you can have deoxygenated blood going to the aorta and eventually the vessels at the  skin. If you have such significant pulmonary hypertension that this occurs you certainly have many additional symptoms!

my nails are quite blue, skin is cold, can't get it warm and temperature 35.5c. have dysautonomia. what can cause this?

Low body tempertatur: Core temperature &lt;95 f (35 c) is hypothermia. Adrenal insufficiency, sepsis, hypothyroidism, severe psoriasis, wernicke's encephalopathy, benzodiazepines or barbiturates or phenothiazine toxity can cause this as well as alcohol intoxication.  A visit to an endocrinologist would a first stop since you are conscious and thus with an illness that is compensated with a homeostatic mechanism.

Missing data: Any lump near the spinal cord is suspect. If you would consider it mid line, neither Rt or Lt of center it is even more a problem because it could relate to the spine itself. I would have it evaluated.
