Blue hard lump under the skin on my 4 year old's back next to spinal cord. its been there since early this year. it seems not to cause any pain.

Missing data: Any lump near the spinal cord is suspect. If you would consider it mid line, neither Rt or Lt of center it is even more a problem because it could relate to the spine itself. I would have it evaluated.
