It may clear on its own or you may need to see a clinic to get some antibiotic in cream or oral form.  Have your aunt thoroughly clean and disinfect the pool.  Good luck!

CELLULITIS: Yes, to avoid Cellulitis (a superficial skin infection ), that can be caused after an abrasion or rupture of a boil or underlying skin lesion. I also would suggest getting retested for food and environmental allergies by blood and skin testing . Evaluation for RA /LUPUS and IMMUNE SYSTEM is also warranted.

The symptoms may be felt immediately after contact with water and can persist for an hour or longer. In some families, a tendency toward aquagenic pruritus appears to be hereditary.

last month i started to get few bumps on my leg - after swimming in pool. i am pretty sure it is molescum contagisum. maybe 4. not painful. 1 is getting itchy a lot and is looking more red now. what do i do? leave it alone?

: I do not know why you are so sure those lesions are due to molluscum contagiosum but I doubt. You can use cold compress or lidocaine ointment (OTC) for itching and localized redness. If the redness extends with pain, you should see your doctor for possible need of antibiotic.

Swimmers itch: You may have swimmers itch, an irritation caused by schistosomes in the water. Alternatively this could just be irritation or sensitivity to something else you have come in contact with.  Treatment is usually avoidance , low to medium potency steroids topically.  Usually last about a week.
