Air bubble in chest : Pneumomediastinum or air in the chest can come from lungs, trachea or esophagus. It can happen from deep sniffing, drug abuse, and heavy exertion. I see a number of teenager with lot of air in the chest from unknown cause. Air can also come from root canal. Air bubbles can also mean infection. It may be sign of grave disease process or it may be totally benign requiring simple observation.

Chest tightness: Chest tightness can be a symptom of heart disease but may be may other things such as aortic problems, respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, lung collapse, infections), esophageal spasms, and muscle problems to name a few.  It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having.  Depending on the duration it would be worth seeing a doctor.

Go to the ER: From your description, i would worry that you have subcutaneous emphysema which suggests a spontaneous pneumothorax. Medical mumbo-jumbo but potentially serious. Go to the er for a chest x-ray as soon as possible.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is unlikely that your symptoms are from the beans you ate 3 months ago. If you are overweight, your symptoms may be due to increased intraabdominal pressure, losing weight is imperative.  It would be prudent to see your doctor.
