Ultram &amp; Klonopin (clonazepam): ultram (tramadol) is for pain while Klonopin (clonazepam) is a seditive / anxiolytic.  They can be taken together if prescribed by the same doctor but they are for different symptoms.  They may cause additive sedation so it is not recommended to take either medication while operating machinery and/ or driving a motorized vehicle.  They are also as needed medications.  Seek your doctor for advise

See doctor: Headache may be separate problem from Klonopin (clonazepam) use. See pcp for eval of headaches/ proper diagnosis. Let your doc know all meds you take and any alcohol/drug/tobacco/caffeine use.  Write down how long you've been on Klonopin (clonazepam) and why, also when headaches began. Hope this helps.

Likely: While there aren't interactions between ibuprofen and klonopin, should you continue experiencing post-dose headache, discuss with prescribing doctor as it could be a side effect from klonopin.

what are side effects of klonopin withdrawal? i've been on it for more than 4 years..2.5 mg a day.. my doctor told me to take .5 mg less every week.. i have an extremely dry mouth and lips and really bad headaches..can't call my doctor he is on vaca?

: I certainly agree with a very slow taper off klonopin with supervision by your prescribing MD. The usual withdrawal symptoms are ones for which klonopin was prescribed with anxiety,irritation, insomnia high on the list. If your current symptoms are similar to your preklonopin ones, your taper is too fast&amp;you'll have to take prior week's dose&amp; get instructions from your MD when he/she returns.

May not be enough: each advil (ibuprofen) pill is 200 mg,  an average adult need 600 mg or 3 pills, an overweight person may need 800 mg (4 pills)

You and the dose: It is a long acting medication. The result of that is that it takes several days t reach its maximum. During this time you will feel more and more of an effect. Your doctor will increase the dose or not depending on how you react to it. It is not an antidepressant so mention all of your symptomsto your doctor

Maybe?: I give Klonopin (clonazepam) frequently but never seen a patient complain of headaches. Try stopping(gradually, never cold-turkey) and see if the headaches subside.

Unlikely: More information is needed to answer aproprietly your question What kind of headache? Trigger factors?, quality, location, how long, does it last?, what makes it better, what worse.. do you drink alcohol?  smoke, habits?? , how is your blood pressure? Any other sx's??? Etc. If headache is persistent and severe, best is to see a Dr.  It's unlikely for klonopin (clonazepam) to cause headache as a side effect.

Taper too fast: Detox from Klonopin (clonazepam) depends on why it was taken in the first place.  If taken for an anxiety disorder, a replacement eg SSRI helps and I reduce gradually (0.25mg per week) to prevent relapse. I would recommend reduction of 10-25% of dose per week otherwise.  Some detoxes are much faster but that is unpleasant.

Yes: Withdrawal from benzodiazepines ( which includes Klonopin ) can result in headaches. Because Klonopin is long acting, it is usually easier to wean off than the short acting ones such as xanax (alprazolam). This is best under a doctor's supervison.
