Possible complications: infection, slow healing of bone or soft tissue, failure of the fixation (screws, pins, plates, etc), over-correction, under-correction of the deformity, anesthesia issues (any surgery).

Many Dx!: Arthritis of hips.  Tight muscles (there are many). The fact that occurs during sex suggest hips or muscles.  See your doctor.  You need an ap-standing pelvis with hips in  view!
also, on exam, do you have hip pain with internal rotation?

Bleeding: This could have numerous causes.  You really need to see a gynecologist and do this asap. This is definitely not normal and may be easily rectified, but could also be a severe condition which needs aggressive treatment.

Sex positions: Our bladder and vaginal lie close to each other, and in certain sexual positions the bladder can be stimulated and it will make you feel like you have to urinate.  Some positions are better for females to have orgasm than others.

LH level: LH levels rise quickly at the time of ovulation, and go back to low levels within 24 hours.  It is possible that the test was not done at exactly the right time, either "too early or too late".  Doing an ovulation test with a kit on a daily basis from day 10 to day 16 will usually pick up the peak elevation of LH.

Sometimes difficult : Sometimes it is drinking too much too close to bedtime so limit fluids 2 hours prior to sleep,also limit caffeine.Barring other causes heart ,pregnancy,diabetes,UTI,etc and young age.Sometimes it something else waking us up and the urinate because awake-sleep apnea,restless leg,etc.See your doc and discuss problem and get appropriate lab tests.

Sure: There is no reason not to use it instead of sugar. But it will not accelerate weight loss.
