during the day i can hold it (urine) uj, but at night i can't, what could be wrong with me?

Sometimes difficult : Sometimes it is drinking too much too close to bedtime so limit fluids 2 hours prior to sleep,also limit caffeine.Barring other causes heart ,pregnancy,diabetes,UTI,etc and young age.Sometimes it something else waking us up and the urinate because awake-sleep apnea,restless leg,etc.See your doc and discuss problem and get appropriate lab tests.

That is a lot: You must urinate every 30 minutes. What about at night? Go see a urologist. I think you have something wrong with your bladder or urethra.
