Sometimes difficult : Sometimes it is drinking too much too close to bedtime so limit fluids 2 hours prior to sleep,also limit caffeine.Barring other causes heart ,pregnancy,diabetes,UTI,etc and young age.Sometimes it something else waking us up and the urinate because awake-sleep apnea,restless leg,etc.See your doc and discuss problem and get appropriate lab tests.
