Yes but mostly not: Urosepsis is a blood infection coming from the bladder that may occur in those not obviously symptomatic. The sepsis lowers blood pressure and can cause people to pass out. It's mostly in the elderly or those with dementia.

Vitreous detachment: Floaters are caused by the vitreous (jelly in the eye) detaching from the retina (typically a normal change in the aging eye).  The vitreous clumps up or develops blurry areas within the jelly causing your floater.  Yes they can be a warning sign.  If when the vitreous changes, causing floaters, the retina is torn you are at risk for a retinal detachment.  You should have and examination.

Considerations...: "healing" depends on whether the original cause for hemorrhoids persists.  Have you been straining at stool, have rectal dysfunction, perform an activity that increases pelvic engorgement with blood or increases pelvic pressure (heavy lifting, prolonged sitting, etc.)?  Have your hemorrhoids been surgically or medically managed (; with otc or prescription drugs)? Are you sure they're hemorrhoids?

Dehydration: Dehydration, more than fasting, is a likely cause of fainting. Fainting may occur with fasting due to hypoglycemia, but fall in blood pressure from dehydration is more likely.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Uterine : Uterine cancer is the most common gynecological cancer. The cancer usually starts in the lining of the uterus, called the endometrium.  Warning signs that something may be wrong include vaginal bleeding, spotting, or discharge in between periods. Also, bleeding or spotting that occurs after a woman has gone through menopause is a reason to get evaluated. More advanced disease may cause painful urination, pain in the pelvic area, or pain during intercourse.

There is an increased chance of endometrial cancer in a woman who has taken the hormone estrogen alone (not in combination with progesterone.) also, women who have had breast cancer and who have been treated with tamoxifen may be at increased risk, and should have a yearly pelvic exam, particularly is any unexpected vaginal bleeding occurs.

The effects of the cancer depend on how far it has spread in the body. If limited to the endometrium, bleeding may be the only sign. If it spreads to the adjacent bladder or bowel, it can cause blood in the urine or stool and pain.

Dumping syndrome: This is when the food passes through the stomach too quickly and is not digested. This beings extra fluid into the small bowel and causes symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, bloating and cramping. This generally happens soon after eating. There is another syndrome which occurs 1-3 hours after eating. They are called early and late dumping syndromes and are associated with a bypass.

warning signs: The vast majority of patients with prostate cancer only have symptoms is the very late stages of the disease.  Many people die of unrelated natural causes and never know they had prostate cancer.  A small percentage can be very aggressive. If you have difficulty with urine flow, prostate pain or blood in your urine or any other prostate related symptoms please see a urologist and get checked.

SOB: There are very many causes of shortness of breath. When it 'just comes and goes' it may be due to rhythm disturbances or asthma type episodes or episodic exposures to triggers. Discuss with the dr. Who knows you whether investigation is appropriate. Extensive investigation of infrequent occurences isn't always necessary.

See a doctor: Could be an infection or an inflammatory skin disease (pustular dermatosis). See your doctor or a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Go to PMD or ER: It is "possible, " you are correct, however that does not matter-if you black out without warning, you need evaluated by a doc and soon--before you happen to be driving, on stairs, on subway platform, etc. If primary can't do full eval, then go to er (and please, not late in day or weekends!). Ps--don't drive until evaluated.
