hi, i have anxiety. doctor said i am physically fine. but i have a feeling that saliva/fluid went the wrong tube. can this cause dry drowning?

The fear you: mention sounds like it is related to an anxiety disorder.  If your doc has cleared you for medical problem please see a mental health professional for treatment.  Do not rely on medication alone but learn techniques to cope such as clinical hypnosis, relaxation training, etc.  Peace and good health.

Anxiety disorder: You will not "dry drown". Please consult your mental health provider for more aggressive management of your anxiety disorder before it becomes crippling.

Headache: You may have a sinus headache with post nasal drainage even though you dont feel it.

Covid: This is clearly a breathing issue. I suggest that you get an XRay of the chest done as soon as you can. With COVID you can decompensate quite quickly. Also if you have the ability check your oxygen sat (home probes are about $20-$30

Drowning...: During drowning, the airways are filled with fluid so air exchange cannot happen. So, carbon dioxide cannot be removed and oxygen cannot get into the lungs. Therefore, oxygen cannot circulate to the rest of the body including the brain, the heart, the kidneys, etc. If the body is deprived of oxygen long enough, death can occur.

i just choked on hot chocolate and violently coughed but nothing came back up i just had a series of burps can this cause dry or secondary drowning?

No: You are okay. Do not worry about secondary drowning.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

my hemoglobin levels are normally ok.i had  blood drowned 3 times within 3 month and my last result was 11.6.could drowning blood 3 times be the cause?

3 blood draws: ...is not sufficient to cause a drop in your hemoglobin. That represents less than 1 percent of your total blood volume. Also having them spread out over 3 months should give your marrow plenty of time to regenerate more RBC. Ask your doctor about other causes of anemia.

No: Choking on water will not cause wet drowning. But possible to have dry drowning if you have difficultly swallowing and you air way closed on you because of a cup of water.

For the most part: The initial cough reflex should remove any water in the system. I would not be worried. But, definitely take the time to check on the patient during the night just to make sure that they are breathing well.

my 3 week old choked/strangled on vit d drops. if it got into her lungs, what will happen? could it cause something like pneumonia or dry drowning?

Not really: It's unlikely that you will notice any sequelae from this little event. The reason we cough and "choke"  - it's our body's way of protecting itself and trying to keep stuff out of the lungs. Even with this protection sometimes, rarely stuff will get by, but most of the time actually nothing ever occurs. The tiny amount of medicine given for infant Vit D drops is inconsequential. Relax. It's okay.
