Misinformed?: Cancer is not one monolithic entity. The are hundreds of forms of cancers. Every organ gas a variety of possible cancers as do the various blood cells and other tissues in the body. There is no routine cancer test.

would a regular xray show esophagus cancer from 1 year ago? would a routine blood test show cancer activity from 1 year ago? would a barium swallow from 4 years ago show early esophagus cancer? i read its slow growing but aggressive later im scared?

: It is not feasible to address these theoretical concerns. Do you have any symptoms? If you are concerned about esophageal cancer you could consult a GI doctor to ascertain if an endoscopy may be warranted.

"Soon" 's unspecific: Depends on when the test is. It might if the test is very soon. The range is wide - strength of the weed, your body, etc The word is 5 - 18 days until clear.  Feel lucky? Also depends on who they are and how your parents are connected. Don't do it if it's illegal since your future can really be impacted by a criminal record. It matters. I wish you well. No: There is ongoing research to find such tests but they are not generally available to the public. Common blood tests target specific areas where the patient may be vulnerable to a problem. However, testing would suggest something is wrong, not why it is wrong.Some cancers like leukemia would have obvious blood findings in some/others not.

my brother is healthy and had a routine blood test. page said sample was unfit for testing and came back with lots of zero values. what does this mean?

Lab draw error: Possibly there was a problem drawing your brother's blood, or the sample deteriorated before it could be tested.  Sounds like he'll need to have another lab stick so measurements can be made.
