Carboxytherapy, microneedling, tissue expansion, surgical tissue rearrangement, etc. Are the medical methods that involve some recovery.  Body makeup, strategic jewelry, and clothing are simpler, but sometimes inconvenient methods.

With energy level? With substance abuse? Any thoughts of suicide? If so, is there a plan? Do you feel an urge to carry out suicide plans?  Be frank and ask for help.

1) scar massage
2) silicone sheeting (a kind of silicone tape you where over the scar)
3) steroid injections
4) laser treatment (helps remove coloring)
5) scar revision (removing the scar and starting over).


Consult with a plastic surgeon to find out which combination of these would best work for you.
