Several things: Groin rashes/itches could be fungal, and you just do not see a rash yet. Could be a bug-like "crabs/mites" that you do not see or scabies.  These are all guesses so do not get scared, just see your dr for an evaluation and the real answer. Good luck.

hi i am a dark skin female currently with pityriasis rosea and some of my rashes are a bit flaky however some more appearing. i would like to ask what are the signs that the rashes are going. thank you?

: You don't mention how long you've had the rash. There is no treatment for this mild viral infection and the rash may last up to 3 months. If the rash is still spreading the rash has a way to go. Once spreading ceases, it's a sign that the rash will start clearing.

Dengue Fever: Presentation includes sudden, high fever, severe headaches, pain behind the eyes, severe joint and muscle pain, nausea &amp; vomiting. A skin rash which appears three to four days after the onset of fever is characteristic. You may develop mild bleeding (such a nose bleed, bleeding gums, or easy bruising).

Itchy rashes: If you are not a heavy drinker, have no risk of contracting viral hepatitis, and not abusing pain medication, it is unlikely for you to have liver problem that can cause itchy skin. Plus skin itch in liver disease does not come with rashes and you would look jaundice or yellow. Based on your age and your location with dry weather, it is most likely that you have eczema. Try using a lot moisturizer.

Need more info: About the nature of the rash, ulcers? Red bumps? Blisters? But not necessarily at all a sign of hiv? You should be tested, though.

Dry skin: Without any other symptoms, you may just have dry skin.  Try a skin moisturisure available at any pharmacy.

A week to 10 days: The rash should be completely dry in 7 to 10 days. If persists or new vessicles appear then it would be concerning. Sometimes they can start looking worse before they better.

i have a spot on my spine that is very sore and along my right side from my back to my stomach my skin is painful to touch on the surface. no rashes or signs of other symptom. a little dizzy.

Checkup: Not sure what the spot is due to.  The peripheral nerves run in a linear pattern along the back. The area you are describing corresponds to the Thoraic or mid back vertebra. The dizzy part is most concerning. Could be getting shingles, herniated disc.  vestibular involvement due to a URI. See a Doctor for checkup.
