For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Symptoms can be: Vague: painful blindness, odd sensations of the body, weakness, bowel/bladder changes, etc.  However, i could make an endless list of other medical disorders that cause the same problems.  The only way to know if you have ms is to be evaluated properly and to see if you meet the mcdonald criteria, which dictates the diagnostic criteria.

Unsure: It depends on your symptoms and where they are located.  You can have irritation of a nerve without it being 'pinched'.  How do you know it is not pinched?  Have you had imaging (which you may not need) to prove whether it is affected?

Maybe a psychiatrist is next step.
