Leg pain: Pinched nerves in the lumbar spine (low back) usually present with leg pain, numbness, tingling, decreased ability to walk distances, limited standing or weakness. Sometimes a combination of those symptoms. Back pain is another common symptom.

Leg pain: "pinched nerve" implies a pinched spinal nerve root, if thats what you mean. Symptoms are usually pain into the buttock and down the leg at least to the knee , sometimes the foot or inner thigh.
