Many symptoms: This question is posted often, and though i'm an HIV expert, i ignore it for 3 reasons: (1) there are too many to list here, (2) by the time you have symptoms, you've had HIV for a long time, and (3) everyone should be tested long before they get symptoms.  I'll just say that symptoms of acute HIV infection are similar to those of mono: fever, swollen nodes, fatigue, rash, sore throat.

There are none: A variety of diseases which do not generally appear in the normal immune competent person show up in persons with profound immuno-suppression and make physicians suspect and then test for hiv.  Shortly after being infected there may be an acute HIV syndrome like infectious mono, but again this is not specific and only leads doctors to suspect hiv.  Get tested if in any way u may have exposure.

Varies: Acute HIV can present like flu symptoms.  Night sweats, fever, swollen glands (in more than 2 areas not including the groin).  You may begin to experience weight loss and appetite suppression.  A rash may also accompany this.  Muscle pain and malaise can also occur.

Anxiety: Weight loss is an extremely ambiguous problem that has no correlation to just one medical condition.  I would say worry about an illness would be just as likely to cause some weight loss as an illness itself.  It is not in and of itself a sign of HIV infection.

See your doctor: Any clinical test has a percentage of false negatives, so 2 negative tests improve the chance of a negative disease state. However, a clinical evaluation with a sensitive PCR blood test is your best chance to get a reliable diagnosis for HIV

: First, white tongue occurs with innumerable minor medical conditions and by itself does not suggest HIV. The main symptoms of initial HIV infection (i.e. acute retroviral syndrome, or ARS) are sore throat, fever, skin rash, and often inflamed or enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and elsewhere. Get tested for if you are at risk (e.g. unprotected sex), but not just because of white tongue.
