Hospital Delivery: For a women who has had a child with cerebral palsy, the most important is to prevent another baby with cerebral palsy. Hope that you have received prenatal care and are going to deliver in a hospital with neonatal intensive care unit. Definitely, inform and remind your care givers and nurses about your situation. You should be monitored during labor to detect fetal heart rate changes. Be calm!

Bouncing can help: You could also do pretend jump roping for a total of 60 minutes a  day in 10 minute sessions.  Eating eggplant can be a help. Stripping membranes is not a good idea unless the cervix is effaced completely and beginning to dilate since it can cause rupture of the membranes  and a need to deliver in 24 hours to prevent infection.

Early  Labor: You need to be patient.  Maybe  take a  walk, warm  bath and  a light meal.   Labor  takes  time  .  Eventually  the  contractions  will be consistent and come  closer.

No: Mastocytosis is caused by mutations in the DNA that lead to increased mast cell growth. These mutations occur randomly, not due to pregnancy or labor. Hormonal changes in pregnancy may exacerbate the symptoms of mastocytosis, or can also lead to other problems like hives during or after pregnancy. See an allergist/immunologist or a provider that specializes in mastocytosis for more info.

Yes/no: If your asthma is controlled, you should be fine.  As you get bigger, the growing baby can push on your lungs and sometimes cause breathing to be a little worse with underlying asthma, but if you keep regular appointments with your GYN, you should be fine.  Best wishes.

Contractions, other: Contractions with cervical change before term define preterm labor. They can be mild or irregular, accompanied by discharge, back pain, etc. If preterm, especially with risk factors (eg, twins, diabetes), it is always appropriate to call OB or go to labor & delivery asap. An evaluation by physician is needed. Sometimes a transfer to a perinatal center is required, and it can take time to mobilize.

Unclear: I'm so sorry, if at 15, you already know what labor feels like.  Gastrointestinal pain can feel like severe cramping, making one doubled-over with waves of pain.
