Probably a nerve: You are correct that heart attack can cause left arm pain, but not likely with you. You should start with an MRI of the cervical spine (neck) to look for disc bulge or rupture causing pressure on a nerve. If this is negative, the shoulder should be examined. If the pain is episodic, then a cardiac cause should be investigated by your primary doctor.

Nerve compression: Sounds like a compressive neuropathy of the upper extremity. I think an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon is reasonable. Sounds like you need an EMG to find out where the nerve is compressed. Could be at the neck or a more peripheral site. An EMG would show that.

This could eminate fron the neck or from nerve entrapment at the elbow ( cubital tunnel syndrome). A neurologist can diagnose this with elctrical studies and radiographic imagiong as needed.

Left arm pain: This symptom is much more likely to be related to disc or spur impingement on a nerve root in your neck. Heart causes, specifically coronary artery blockages, of left arm discomfort are classically brought on by various forms of exertion and relieved by rest.

Hard to say : From the description of the pain the injection may have come close to a nerve. I would expect the effect to resolve within 3 days as it likely relates to local swelling at the injection site, not the vaccines themselves. I wonder about the technique used as these are usually given in sites that avoid those structures.
