Can retest in 1 week: Today's home pregnancy tests are very accurate, but if done too early, a negative result may be due to testing too soon. A correctly done urine test will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. A woman can repeat the test if she did the first test too early, such as less than two or three weeks after having sex.

Pregnyl: The chance of pregnancy on cycle day 42 is very unlikely despite 5days of clomid followed with pregnyl on cycle day 14.
Pregnyl is used to assist in ovulation and does not delay the onset of menses.For reassurance, please get quantitative hcg and if negative,  see a gynecologist for evaluation and management. Good luck.

Patience: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. There's no reason to test sooner, but if done sooner, a result might not be accurate in this case and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.
