Needs examination: Difficult to tell what it is without an exam.  It can range from a simple mole, condyloma, tumor, hemhorroids, epidermal inclusion cysts (cysts like acne) or other things.  I wouldn't be too worried but you should have it checked out.

Sounds like Internal: Hemorrhoids. Have it checked out by your local surgeon or the GI doc to confirm the dx. It might need to be biopsied for making correct dx.

Hemorrhoids: Swollen lumps on the anus are usually thrombosed hemorrhoids.  These are hemorrhoids with a blood clot.  They are usually very tender making it uncomfortable to sit and may bleed.  I suggest you see a doctor for a diagnosis and treatment.

Hemmorhoids: It sounds like external hemmorhoids. ,See your doctor for treatment. Constipation increases the risk for hemmorhoids, so using a stoof softener may help reduce the indicience

Perianal lesions: Id you are having recurrent lesions around the anus have yourself checked out, need to rule out anal fistula.
