Unlikely concern: Your Granulocyte numbers are slightly high . This can happen due to infections. You should give us the complete report of your CBC in order to give a more clear picture. If the WBC count is &gt;10,00 and you have no fever or recent infections, then I would be concerned and ask you to repeat your blood counts(CBC) and make sure that there is no further increase in your WBC counts.

Blood cells: These are types of white blood cells, part of the immune system. Basophils are present in very low concentrations, so it would be very unusual to have too low a basophils count. But granulocytes are the most predominant wbc, abd can be low for many reasons. Too many to enumerate here, but medications, certain problems such as lupus, etc. A hematologist can help.
