GI disturbance: There are numerous possibilities here and an evaluation would have to be rather extensive.  See a gastroenterologist if necessary. Yes, "stress" may create physical manifestations with the GI tract as a target (called somatization), but before making that assumption you should be sure it is nothing more serious. You might try eating unpasteurized yogurt 2 or 3 times a day. Sometimes helps. Best.

this is third night i've developed a headache, then stomach cramps that lead to loose stools. i feel fine til evening. a 'bug' should last all day so?

Yes but????: This is only happening in the evenings. Are you at work during the day? Could something in your environment be causing this? Is it something you are consuming in the afternoon or evening hours? Any change in your medication? These are all things to look into and if symptoms persist,you definitely  need to see a doctor for evaluation

Dehydration/Flu: Please go to your doc. You may have the flu and if you keep loosing fluid you can get dehydrated.  There may be an easy fix so please follow up.

Lots of poss answers: The possibility of cancer exists, but, so does a mild infection. My main suggestion-based on the 2 week history alone- is to see a doc to get an appropriate exam and work up. No one will be able to answer your question beyond this without the added information.

COVID 19 concerns: COVID 19 GI symptoms:  loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort and diarrhea. Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.

can you have a fever with a migraine? or - can gastroenteritis cause migraine like headaches? have migraine symptoms, upset stomach, and fever.

Of course: It's probably not connected to the migraine directly but other illnesses don't have a rule about leaving you alone when you have migraine. You can have them both. See you Dr for an exam - it may provide relief.

Virus: This sounds like a viral infection with the stomach issues, muscle aches and headaches. Stay hydrated and rest. It should go over within one week.

? Dehydration: You may be dehydrated and that can explain some of the symptoms. Drink plenty of water and juice so that your urine is mostly colorless. If that does not relieve the symptoms in  a couple of days, it would be prudent to consult your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
