Poss unrelated: The triglyceride and HDL levels are not as worrisome as the elevated SGPT which is a liver test. You might have a "fatty liver" from high triglycerides which in turn might be related to having elevated blood sugar levels. But it's also possible that the two are not related and you should be tested for hepatitis or other liver problems.

I would suspect: a drop of that magnitude is lab error as you suggest. If you are 49, I expect your daughter might be in her 20's; an HDL of 28 mg/dl would be pretty unusual in a woman of that age. So first, I would repeat it. Beyond that, undesirable genetics is the largest contributor to low HDL along with sedentary lifestyle. High BP, elevated insulin, midriff body fat with low HDL leads to metabolic syndrome

Many causes possible: High triglycerides can be caused by many problems including: familial genetic problems, obesity, high fat diet, alcohol intake, oral contraceptives, metabolic syndrome (insulin resistance), low thyroid, certain medications (hiv meds, steroids, cyclosporin, tamoxifen), kidney disease (nephrotic syndrome).  You need to see your doctor for a complete evaluation.

Probably not: the LDL cholesterol is rather low but I don't thing that is the "cause" of your symptoms but may be an indicator of a deficiency . You need a thorough check up to be sure that your nutritional status is good in particular related to your essential fatty acids and amino acids. Remember that just because you eat does not mean that you absorbed all the important nutrients.  All the best to you!!

without fasting total cholestrol 370mgh/dl..doc gave vytorin (ezetimibe and simvastatin)..checked again after 11 days , with fasting all level normal but hdl also reduce. reason?

Non fasting: HDL was likely falsely elevated at the first check that was non-fasting. Statins are expected to provide a modest increase in HDL, otherwise. Would suggest ignoring the results from the non-fasting state as they cannot be reliably interpreted.
