Many benefits!: For one, we feel weightless in water. Our joints take less impact, so it can be a wonderful substitute for walking if you have joint trouble or if you struggle with overweight. Also, exercise in water requires that we exercise against the resistance of the water. Beyond this, many people find the warmth of the water soothing to muscles and joints. It's a great sleep aid, if done in the evening!

It depends,,: Beets have unrefined, natural sugar, which may be healthier than artificial sweeteners and refined sugar in sweets.  As to if it's better boiled vs. Raw, it depends on if the raw one has come into contact with anything that could contaminate it like bacteria and cause you sickness.  Generally it's better to wash vegetables before they're eaten.

Thus generally, in modern USA culture, often ends up a net negative.

Nothing definable: And I do not know where this"formula" arose. It is said that as we grow older our thirst mechanism is inadequate to maintain body hydration. For most of the time i rely on my natural thirst.
