That will not help: To resolve it.Your doctor can prescribe Valtrex (valacyclovir) or another antiviral which can actually help regarding transmission to others. Melissa officinalis or lemon balm (cream). Brief supplementation w lysine 1, 000mg orally 3x a day at the onset, can hasten healing. Your dermatologist can provide laser treatments.

No. : Alcohol swabs alone are not virucidal or virustatic. Use designated wipes or desinfectants labeled for that purpose.

OCD: you are going way overboard with the washing, this is getting in the obsessive compulsive range.  Why do you feel the need to do all these things, do you have other compulsions?  If so you need to see a professional about this.  Washing your hands once with soap and water was enough.

Am concerned about: anybody who asks about whether they can or cannot drink with some procedure or with drug X, because that is a red flag that drinking alcohol is too important in your life, and that you may have a problem. You have 3 conditions that are worsened (and even caused) by alcohol, erectile dysfunction, a muscle disease and PTSD.  Alcohol is especially bad with PTSD, and makes it hard to treat. Talk to MD

: Long term use an alcohol pad on skin could cause excessive dryness.   I would recommend keeping a close eye on the skin to make sure this does not develop.

Not likely: You really can get the definative answer by getting the appropriate blood test at one of the major hospitals.  You live in Baltimore, so go to Johns Hopkins and they can see you there.  If money is an issue volunteer to donate blood and if your blood is not accepted ask why and they will tell you if you are HIV +

i cleaned the outside of my zyprexa pill bottle with alcohol pads. the zyprexa lid was on but im concerned the alcohol vapors went under the cap and into my meds. are my pills unharmed?
