See a MD: You need to be examined by a MD, as absent of pregnancy, areola generally don't darken spontaneously without a medical reason in non pigmented people. The clitoral enlargement occurs when steroids are present abnormally either from an external cream or from the adrenal glands or a ovarian tumor.

Aspirin Allergy: Some persons with Aspirin allergy are allergic to all Aspirin related products while others are allergic only to specific products. Typically tylenol (acetaminophen) -acetominophen can be taken safely by all persons with Aspirin allergy. Most Aspirin related products block cox1 & cox 2 enzymes. Some persons with Aspirin allergy can take selective cox-2 blockers such as celebrex.  Consult an allerist to be safe.

Take next step.: If you've been having back pains and the NSAID/muscle relaxer combination hasn't been helping, then you need to investigate the source of your pains further.  X-Ray.  MRI.  This would not be considered normal.

TMJ: Cracking sound that clears with anti-inlammatory meds may be Temporomandibular Joint Disorder.

Aleve (naproxen): According to the latest research aleve (naproxen) is a better anti inflammatory agent.
The maximum daily dose 1100mg.
Otc 220mg 2 tabs every 12 hours.

Gerd: Sounds like gerd.  You need a ppi like Prilosec or nexium (esomeprazole).
