Probably not...: While rabies is certainly transmissible from cats to humans, it generally requires an ill cat bite not scratch. The infected saliva of an infected animal transmits the rabies virus through injured skin, thereby inoculatin the victim. Incubation of rabies in a human after exposure is 1-3 months typically. I would be much more concerned about the possibility of cat scratch disease.

Below: This is caused by a small bacteria which produces a small skin lesion at the site of the scratch in 1/2-3/4 of patients. Lymph nodes enlarge in the area closer to the body within about 10-14 days. At first these may be firm and tender, but then may break down and drain persistently. In some patients, particularly with impaired immune function it can affect the eye, liver, nervous system, etc.

A cat scratch is much more likely to transmit cat scratch fever, an infection caused by a bacteria called Bartonella henselae.
