Bitter orange: Like many diet pills it is notrecommended because of its stmulating effects.After stopping the pill you get a rebound effect where weight returns. Weight loss is obtained through diet, exercise and discipline.

Avoid "fat burners": Our bodies like to use glucose (our main fuel), which comes from the food in the stomach and small intestine, and from the liver (where glucose is stored in a starch form called glycogen). As long as one is NOT eating enough to supply glucose to her cells, her liver will run low on glucose or glycogen, and her body will burn fuels like fat to keep her cells working. Eat less and  exercise more.

Be careful: Ephedra and bitter orange can increase blood pressure.  Oral contraceptives can increase risk of blood clot.  This combination of increased BP and increased risk of blood clot is not healthy.  If you are trying to lose weight, there are better and safer ways to do this.  Please discuss with your doctor. Wait for next dose: After 4 hours, the medication likely was out of your stomach, however i would recommend waiting until the next days dose is due to take again.  Doubling up on bupropion increases chance of seizure.

Cramp: I would assume you mean your muscle cramps or spasms.  The list of irritants you describe are either cool or acidic.  I would be suspicious of an electrolyte imbalance.  These substances can change your temperature or Ph which might be the cause of your symptoms.

Well......: Officially you should not, however the mechanism with which wellbutrin (bupropion) sr provides sustained release would be maintained if it is halved without crushing. This is not the case with wellbutrin (bupropion) xl, it can not be divided.

Not really but ..: Either one taken alone can cause agitation, anxiety, nausea and other symptoms. So if you are depressed and taking wellbutrin (bupropion) weed is not something you want to add. Weed can cause cognitive impairment, mood changes like depression or even psychosis.

Potential death: The maximum daily dose for Wellbutrin (bupropion) is 450 mg. Taking doses greater than 450 mg a day may increase the risk of serious side effects, including seizures and death. Ask your PCP for help and referral to a psychiatrist.
