i recently started taking phentermine for weight loss after my antidepressant caused rapid weight gain. after taking phentermine, i feel drowsy and calmed? i have been suspicious of adhd in myself, could this reaction to a stimulant be an indicator?

: I have actually found this to be the case for several patients. I haven’t looked into the research available, but it makes sense physiologically. Do you meet DSMV criteria for ADHD?
This would be one more piece of evidence that a stimulant could help.

unexplained weight : Loss and accompanying bone pain can be from a toxic situation in the body or can be from some cancer growing or some other chronic medical condition that is taking its toll on you.  You need an extensive medical workup as soon as possible. Please see your dr.

Tramadol may cause seizures, and taking it with Adipex that can also cause seizures; may increase that risk. The interaction may be more likely if you are undergoing alcohol or drug withdrawal, have a history of seizures, or have head trauma.

Don't  know levels?:  Your doctor should know your levels. S/he may want to prescribed high dose vitamin D for you. Many doctors are now doing telemedicine. Give your doctor a call.

i have sjgren's synd yrs ago the ct &mri showed diffused bone marrow, but the marrow biopsy was ok.now i'm ill ,weight loss &no energy. what do i do?

Sjogrens: It is difficult to say in one paragraph as there are so many variables involved with connective tissues disease.  Routine blood work and physical examination are important to ensure you don`t have inflammation or organ dysfunction in other areas of your body.  If you are taking medication then you could also be suffering from side effects.  A normal BM biopsy is encouraging.  Hang in there!

Not a fixed number!: Bone marrow cellularity tends to be very variable in different people and there is room for sampling error as the marrow is not a uniform sheet of cell; instead it is normally quite patchy. if your blood counts(CBC) are normal, then the cause of your weight loss is not related to your Bone marrow cellularity. Look for other causes...elsewhere in the body.

Need more info: Your symptoms are not specific enough. What is your age prior medical problems, meds taking right now..you would be better served going to a primary care physician and get checked out with a simple blood test too.
