over the course of 2020 i rapidly picked up weight (~10kg) with roughly the same diet. i am significantly more bulkier and i look more muscular. (even though i wasnt gymming) please assist.

Weight gain: Weight and BMI tell you nothing about the ratio of fat to lean body mass in your body. Obesity is excessive body fat and to determine this you need to measure your body composition. There are some inexpensive scales that use bioelectrical impedance to measure body composition and these readings give you a rough estimate of your body composition. Looking muscular is a good sign.

i get sick very frequently. every fortnight i get cold and fever. i m a total gym freak with regular gymming. i eat out sometimes. plz help wot to do?

Fevers: Next time this occurs go to your doctor with a full list of the times this has occurred, the symptoms you experienced, and be prepared to provide a detailed history of your medical conditions, social and sexual background, etc., and to undergo a detailed exam and labs as necessary. Good luck and hope this turns out to be nothing too severe.

See below: Decrease processed carbohydrates, such as bread, pasta, cookies, and so on.  Eat well balanced meals, including healthy carbs, fats, and proteins. Drink water.
Do weight intensive exercises with your major muscles, working to do each set to exhaustion.  One or two sets, six to eight reps each, once or twice a week, so show excellent results in two months. You may not be using heavy enough weights.

if a person with bipolar disorder is advised not to meditate or gymming. why would it be? does the person face difficulty in concentrating?

Treat BP first: Untreated bipolar disorder, depending on the mood phase that you are in can lead to excess  in both activity (if manic) as well as negative preoccupations (if depressed).  If you are stable and on your medications consistently, I do not see a problem with participation in meditation or  exercise. In fact, both could be beneficial.

i had a myomectomy on 12december2012. i was told 4 weeks post op and i can start gymming. is it too soon? still feels swollen around the scar.

If ok with surgeon: Different surgeons may have different opinions but i think it is reasonable to begin low impact aerobic exercise and light weights with addition of increasing resistance over the next 3 weeks. Monitor your wound in the progress. It often takes up to 48 hours to assess pain and tenderness after a new exercise regimen do start slowly. Compression garments over the scar may help minimize swelling.

ive been having this feeling for about a month everyday where my heart beats normally and has 2 super fast flutters followed by a slow pulse and a long pause between my heartbeats as if it stops for a second. it goes away when gymming but so worried?

Cardiac Symptoms: Please see your doctor ASAP.  He/she may refer you to a cardiologist.  Please don't worry.  There are lots of possibilities but it is essential that a doctor diagnose you.  Peace and good health.

? new  ?? not new: Many times a person finds "new things" on her body when something else is going on that focuses new attention there such as starting a workout program.This lump may have been there a long time. It is most likely related to a previous or current skin infection in the vulvar/pelvic area. Make sure you don't have current signs of infection,apply moist heat, see doc if lump persists after 7-10 days.
