Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco and do not take any more than one drink/day.

Not if taken as: Directed.  Deaths from sominex overdose are relatively rare. If you are considering taking an overdose of sominex - please think twice. There are solutions for every problem. But suicide is not a good solution. If you obtain help - your options will become more apparent to you. If you are considering an over-dose - please have a friend or relative drive you to the nearest er. Call 911 if needed.

Easy?  Where did you: Get the idea it is easy?  It takes work. To lose weight insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 ounce glasses of water per day.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.

Most of don't truly know how many calories we eat in a day and 1200 to 1400 cal will lead to weight lost for most of us. By simply paying attention you may start buying a lower calorie brand of an item you already eat or think twice before having that one extra cookie.  It sounds too easy, but it works!
