Not HIV: The HIV tests are conclusive if done more than a few weeks after the last possible exposure. And your symptoms don't sound like HIV anyway. See a doctor if you remain concerned, but for sure you do not have HIV.

But you can feel sometimes nausea, weakness, sore throat due to the breathing tube, bruising or soreness from the IV drip, shivering and feeling cold.

Subrex Z is just a multivitamin with high dose Vitamin B and C. Unless you are actually low on these, as proven by blood testing, then you will just pee out the extra you take in. 
Save your $$ or buy a nice cappuccino.
