Lots of causes- from malnutrition, vitamin deficiency, viral or neuralgic illness.
See pcp with full history, and exams and testing.
In today's world of technology- have a family member video your walking and steps as part of the history.

Multiple symptoms: Normal neuro exam, brain MRI  and EMG make it very unlikely to be neurological. Extremely unlikely to be MS. Anxiety is likely.

Could be : Injecting steroid around the nerve roots does put some added pressure on them which usually resolves in a day or two. You should be evaluated urgently by your back specialist to test your nerve function and ensure that you are not having a complication from the injection.

See a physician: You should consult a physician. Who can examine you and run some lab test to rule out other causes of weakness and tremors like anemia  hyperthyroidism and medications.I guess that you may be suffering from dehydration, hypokalemia or hypoglycemia which is causing your symptoms. In the meantime you cut back on all caffeine nicotine and alcohol intake. See your internist for work up asap.
