Relaxin: Relaxin is a hormone that is released in pregnancy. It relaxes the connective tissue in your joints.  This makes them looser and makes you more unstable when you walk or exercise. Relaxin is the reason pregnant women waddle.  It is also the reason pregnant women are more likely to dislocate their joints.  Take things slowly and use extra support when pregnant.

Evaluation: Dizziness and weakness can be a sign of anemia or other problem.  You should seen you OB for evaluation.

Ask your surgeon: Best one to really answer the questions is the one who fixed the knee. You could have an infection, or be bearing too much weight on it or be too active too soon which could explain the problems. This does need evaluating. If the knee is truly not stable, further repair will be needed to correct this problem

Probably OK: A serious knee injury almost always causes significant pain at the time of injury and when using the knee. If the knee still feels unstable after a week, see a doctor.

Workup/follow up: It could be a number of conditions. If you have any swelling, are unable to bear wt on that side, you should see an orthopedic specialist. If there is any numbness, tingling, weakness of the leg, a neurology appt may help to diagnose the problem.

Unusual: Scoliosis by itself should not cause either problem. The left arm and the right leg are not served by the same set of nerves making this quite unusual. I would start by calling your primary care physician. Your OB might be able to help if the baby is causing leg symptoms but the arm numbness is not pregnancy related.
