Not likely: It is not likely to harm the embryo but it is important for you to get the constipation relieved. Drink plenty of water. Try some apple or prune juice and some milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide).

Perfect lining: I assume you will start Progesterone replacement  soon as part of your protocol before your fet.  Once Progesterone begins you will not see much growth (and possibly some thining) of the endometrial lining.  Ideally you want the lining above 8 mm and triple line in appearance before start of the progesterone.  There is no hard data on maximum thickness but some feel its around 18 mm.

Menstrual: These are menstrual symptoms and you may not be pregnant. Do a pregnancy test to find out. This may be your period and the embryo did not implant.
