all day i haven't been able to eat a single thing, not even drink water. i feel super ill, and everything tastes terrible and like dirt. what should i do to relieve this?

: If you are that sick you need to go to urgent care or see your family doctor right away for a quick check up.

what can i add in water to make it taste better and still healthy? i dont like its taste thats why i cant drink much of it sometimes.

Water taste: Get a water filter. You can purchase a pitcher with a filter or  get a filter placed on  the kitchen faucet.

my nose is dripping s clesr substsnce that tastes like tears and has the consistancy of water. what is this?

Allergy/sinuses: If you have had a head injury recently then this could be a serious problem and you need to be seen right away. If you have not had a head injury then it is likely to be allergic rhinitis or chronic sinusitis. You could try a nonsedating anti-histamine like loratadine and nasal saline solution to try and clear up the drainage. If this does not work then see your doctor for further evaluation.

Dysgeusia: is a change in your sense of taste due to a variety of causes; from medication you may be taking to dental problems. It is very common condition and no treatment is needed.  With Geographic tongue people may notice they have a“bitter” or “metallic” taste in their mouths. Good luck.

i heard alcohol is not sweet but people like it anyway. i can't understand how anything besides water could taste good if it doesn't have sugar. why?

People like using alcohol for relaxation, socialization, to deal with stresses, to numb the painful feelings from anxiety and depression.
Alcohol addiction leads to many complications.

i accidentally drink some of water bottle that has a piece of foil inside for couple of hours i noticed when i taste the water like metal! im scared!!

No problems: dinking water that has piece of aluminum foil should have no health problems, aluminum foil are designed to come on contact with hot and cold food with no health concerns

Concerning: The inability to recognize strong tastes like salt and sugar are concerning, especially if a new problem. Some problems in the brain can effect the sense of taste. So can cigarette smoking or things that cause problems with the sense of smell. This should be checked out.

cleaning a barn out today and i picked up the wrong bottle of water!  no idea how old or what it contains?  tasted like water! what can i expect? can i take anything to avoid getting sick?

: It would depend on exactly what the bottle contained and how much you ingested to be able to treat you. So, if you begin feeling sick, you should go to your nearest ER so they can check your blood and urine for any abnormalities that require treatment. Good luck!!

hot water successfully removes dirt so is it better to use hot water when using toothpaste?

Toothpaste: There is no documentation that dirt and the removal of dental bacteria are related.  It has been shown to treat the mouth carefully with no extremes of temperature of pressure to best help maintain a healthy mouth.
