Ear pain: Sinus infection and ear infection can cause above symptoms. Tooth infection can cause jaw/ear pain but not nasal congestion. Severe allergies can cause earache and nasal congestion

See your doctor.: You might have a perforation of your ear drum or swelling of your ear canal. Please go and see your family doctor as soon as possible and he will either  treat you or send you to an ear specialist.

Issue with either: There is an issue with either your TM joints or your ears.  You need to get checked with an ENT to rule out any toxin or pathogen associated wtih your ears.  A TM joint expert could evaluate your joint for either unresolved infection, or if there is a biomechanical factor affecting your TM function. Also a good doctor would make sure your cranial joints are functioning properly.

Need to remove it: Obviously you need to remove the earwax,though this must be done carefully. By saying the wax went too deep it sounds like you tried using a Q tip or other approach that pushed it in deeper and should never be done.You may be able to do this yourself with ear drops and a bulb syringe but if that doesn't work you may need to see a Dr.

Suspect infection: Fluid can be from the middle ear compartment if the eardrum has perforated, which is often related to infection or from the outer ear compartment related to inflammation/infection.  Recommend getting it looked at to determine cause and appropriate treatment.

See a doc: This problem needs to be evaluated and fixed. Call your doc today. In the meantime, use tissue to ‘plug’ the ear canal and apply some pressure which control the bleed. Good luck

Ear Wax: Go to doctor to have the ear looked at.  It maybe common wax and just need to be taken out.
Afterwards consider Q tips to softly remove any wax accumulation. You can purchase Q tips in a box from a local pharmacy. Safely follow directions on box to maintain wax free ears.
