Better immunity: Warts are caused by viruses. If your immune system is strong it can make warts resolve. My best guess is some to the animal-derived foods you were eating were suppressing your immune function, either through containing toxins (toxins concentrate as they move up the food chain ; many animals are fed gmo foods) or because you are allergic to some animal-derived foods. 
Make sure you take vit b12!

Recommend : Recommend that you see a dermatologist or oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is trained to diagnose skin lesions.  There are many possibilities as to what this is and you need a professional evaluation.  If is is a wart, professional removal is recommended to ensure complete eradication of the lesion.

Wart viruses: There are a variety of HPV strains  viruses that cause warts. The strain involved is reflected in the location they show up. Common skin warts  are caused by strains encountered at random in nature on floors/doors/surfaces. They are transferred to skin sites on fingers or by direct contact. It is not a danger but can be irritating based on location. They can be frozen/burned/cut off/to remove them

Warts : Warts are caused by hpv (human papilloma virus) and can be spread to other people or to other areas of the body.  Warts on the hand are a "different subtype" of hpv compared to genital warts.  Typically they don't spread from your hands to other areas of your body but it can happen.  For example, occasionally, i will have a patient have warts on their hand and one develops on their neck or lip, but this is not common.  Treatment options are discussed at the link below.
