i have small warts on my hands and they seem to be spreading. they occasionally go red and are raised and itch. is this a cause for concern and should i have them frozen off like the larger warts i've had removed?

Probably not warts: Multiple warts on the hands are rare, and warts do not become red or inflamed and not likely to itch. This probably is something else. See a doctor; if your PCP isn't certain, see a dermatologist.

on the top of my hand there was a red mark/bump.i treated it like a wart became tender to touch so i stopped. now its flat, pink, and scabby looking?

Rule out skin cancer: Any skin lesion first you have to rule out it is not a skin cancer and they are all curable in early stages, please  see your doctor make sure it is a benign lesion and decide what you want to do.

Not likely but you : Should see your doctor to determine what the lesion may be and if it needs any treatment.

Get it treated: Genital warts are caused by hpv ( human papilloma virus )  you and your partner have to see your physician, most likely she also got  infected,  both need treatment and , use prophylaxis till both of you  are cured.

washed hands and noticed pain on index finger tip. tiny red dot, not bleeding, no other abnormality. no needle stick that im aware of. can a wart or spider bite present this way? occurred after waking up. didnt hurt yesterday?

: Probably minor injury you didn't notice at the time, which of course happens all the time to all humans. Certainly not a wart or likely site for an insect or spider bite. Probably nothing is wrong that matters and it will clear up in a day or two. Nothing to worry about!

have flat warts on my hands and went to dermatologist to get them frozen. blisters formed some hours later, and i accidentally tore the skin off of one. will this make the warts regrow and the virus spread? i see raised red spots where the warts were?

: Warts regrow if the depth of freezing did not get to the root of the wart. Tearing off the blister has no direct effect on spread or  recurrence. The raised spot may be natural healing in process. A month from now the results should be evident.

plantar's wart - mid finger that i tried clipping off a couple times. it's been over a month since i tried to do that last and now it is tender and painful to touch. with a slightly red hue under it and my arm and hand are sore too. what should i do?

: Planter's warts are by definition on the feet. Warts on your fingers are regular warts. Enough of the wart is below the skin surface that simple clipping does little more than irritate the base which will re-establish the wart. If it is tender &amp; the hand sore it may have become infected by skin germs. A visit to your doc may be your next best move.

how do genital warts spread on yourself? husband has darker pink/red/brown cali flower bumps on pubic/scrotum. now has one flat tan/pink spot on top of penis base. is he spreading by his own hand? by shower towel? us having sex? i am vaccinated?

: The virus is already in his body so the lesion can appear at different sites in anogenital area, not necessarily self contamination.

Bleach?...: One's primary care doctor can help with this situation. The treatment for the skin would be similar to treating eczema. The skin damage is due to overexposure to a harsh chemical and surface trauma. If the person persists in damaging her own skin, the treatment for the skin is a combined psychiatric therapy and skin therapy... or else the skin may not recover.
