what to do if i just picked my wart, its bleeding heavily. help!?

Apply pressure: Use some gauze or a towel & apply pressure to the area for several minutes.
Apply antiseptic and bandaid.

May not be wart: Warts usually do not bleed. It would be prudent to have a doctor look at it. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history and physical examination.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

my wart is red and bleeding. is this serious enough to warrant a trip to the er?

Not normally: If you had significant, uncontrolled bleeding from a lesion that did not respond to application of pressure - that would be a reason for er.  I would encourage a routine medical appointment. Take care.

A little, yes.: A slight amount of bleed or seepage is normal.  If it worsens, see the surgeon who performed the removal.

Given : Given her age, i would not even attempt to deal with this on your own.  Bring her to a podiatrist or dermatologist.

Don't be alarmed about the bleeding.  Warts are very vascular, and they build a network of blood vessels around themselves, and bleeding is common.  No one ever bleed to death from a wart.  Keep it clean & dry, cover it with a band aid or some sort of dry, sterile dressing, reassure her it's not anything she did, not a cleanliness issue, and she will be ok.  And set up an appointment as soon as you can.

Possible Wart: It is hard to tell without a clinical examination but what you are describing is likely a wart caused by papillomavirus.

Be checked ...: You need a face to face evaluation for detailed history + direct look + testing as needed so to deduce right diagnosis for right care &amp; counseling. Occasionally, genital warts may appear at urethral meatus (opening), but usually accompanying warts in other parts of external genitalia, perineum, etc.

Report such to doc..: You should report what you described to the surgeon so to assure if having wound infection at least; do not try to wait it out.

Get seen: I suspect that you've become allergic to this stuff ("herbal remedies" are often not what they're labeled as). Please stop using this or other "pop" remedies, and get with your personal physician. You don't want to get a nasty secondary infection down there.
