Unrelated? But...: "Bacterial infection" of the vagina usually is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. It usually causes no symptoms in men. Gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas are more common in BV, but the main symptom in men is discharge, not "warmth" when urinating. Still, he should see a doctor and you both should be tested for STDs. Better safe than sorry.

Water: Increasing your water intake is the best way to help prevent a urinary tract infection. It is also a great way to help fight off an early urinary tract infection. Some studies have shown that drinking cranberry may help with uti's as well.

Nothing serious: No STD or other infection is a likely cause of such symptoms. It&#x27;s good you were tested to be safe, but I would have stopped after the first negative results. The cystoscopy means nothing wrong with your bladder. Even if the symptoms continue and are unexplained, for sure you have nothing harmful. Some people just have to live with symptoms of unknown cause but do so easily once known not serious.

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids usually cause pain in the rectum not in the penis.  I think the penile pain is unrelated to your hemorrhoids.

Probably viral: 95% of fevers in young children are viral. Fever control is also pain control, so that would be good to continue.
If the fever rises to higher levels and is difficult to control see your doctor. Bacterial infections such as ear infections and urinary tract infections can sometimes occur. If the fever lasts more than 3 days also schedule a visit
