65 male stinging torso skin pain after every luke warm shower. my body is relatively clean, don't scrub extra hard, after every luke warm sh my front torso, & arm skin from shoulder down to wrist s tings for 30mins, lotion doesn't help, dove soap use?

: If your shower removes skin oils, the skin can become dry,tight and quite uncomfortable. While your skin is somewhat moist after light towelling following the shower, try rubbing in a moisturizing cream to lock in skin oils. Always use a skin moisturizer while your skin is still damp or moist after washing.

i've been spending a lot of time outside due to band camp, and 2 days ago woke up to a lot of bumps on my torso. is this a heat rash and what can i do?

Could be anything: Does the band camp have a physician or nurse?  Someone needs to see the rash and get a full history in order to diagnose you.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

rash on upper torso arms back widespread but more in rough patches not below my lower back .  looks like goosebumps no color not kp.  heat makes itch?

Various symptoms: The left hand symptoms may be caused by nerve impingement in the wrist(-carpal tunnel syndrome), but symptoms in the ears and torso would be unrelated. If these varied symptoms persist, I recommend an evaluation by a neurologist who will order appropriate tests including checking for deficiencies of calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin b12,iron as well as for anemia and thyroid disorders.

Folliculitis: Perhaps the skin is irritated.  When the hair follicles get an infection they cause little bumps.  Usually seen w men shaving facial hair. Called razor bumps. The area gets red and angry. Need to disinfect razors get new ones.
