neck pain on right side along with pain in the back of my head and in the right side of my sinus above my eye. i also have arm pain on the same side. i had a warm feeling in the back of my head earlier. what does this sound like?

Visit an EENT to: start.   These conditions can be caused by LOTS of conditions, mostly medical I would think at first.   If you get a clean bill of health, THEN we look more at anxiety, conversion reactions, and the like.   Might need a head CT.

Most hot and cold: sensations involve misfiring or some sort of dysfunction of the sensory nerves of the skin.  The sensations of redness and warmth to the touch suggest dilation of blood vessels...it almost sounds like a type of "hot flash."  How old are you? Sometimes menopausal hot flashes are perceived in a localized part of the body vs generalized over the entire body. Review with your doctor to decide on tests

You may have a: significant problem with your nasal structures or sinuses or both. Make an appointment with an Ear Nose and Throat health care provider (ENT) for evaluation and management.

Sure.: Neck pain can spread to your skull, because some of the muscles attach to it.  Be sure you get therapy to help control pain and spasm.  See your doctor to make sure there is not another cause of your headache, though.

Fluttering: Hot flashes are sometimes described as a fluttering feeling, if you do not have any other underlying medical conditions &amp; this was an isolated occurrence then you are probably okay, however if persists then would recommend evaluation w/ Physician.

Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nonspecific. Irritability of superficial nerves in the back of your scalp would be a likely cause. Lightheadedness is nonspecific with many causes including low blood pressure, anemia, slow or rapid heart rate, anxiety, etc. If symptoms persist it's best to have a physician take a thorough history and system review,perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests.

could raynaud's disease cause a cold wet feeling in back of head with headache?

No: Raynaud's disease is related to vasospasm of the small arteries, usually in the hands and feet.  I do not think it would affect the scalp.

pressure, empty numb, tension feeling in back of head. laying on it or wearing a hat makes it worse. what can this be?  no pain associated. serious?

Headache: Tenderness could indicate a muscle tension type headache. Rarely, migraines can have a muscle spasm component associated to it, specially in the neck area. Also, neck conditions can manifest with headaches. Check with your physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. Hope you feel better soon.
