: Low back pain is mostly caused by injury to a muscle (strain) or ligament (sprain). Common causes include improper lifting, poor posture, lack of regular exercise, trauma. While topical NSAIDS may help, oral NSAIDS (ibuprofen or Naproxen) may provide more antiinflammatory effect. Alternate Cold therapy (20 minutes) with a rest (30 min), then Hot therapy (20 min). Continue the muscle relaxant.

Heat TMJ: Keep the area warm with moist heat, keep teeth apart and move jaw in all directions gently and most important see your dentist to get a nightguard to prevent joint and tooth damage from grinding.

No worries: The suggestion of hot and cold compresses is for your comfort.  It helps with swelling and pain management. If you didn't need them you do not have to worry about not following instructions.

: sounds like a chalazion which is blocked oil gland in the eyelid.  Warm compresses are best and if no decrease in swelling in a few days see an ophthalmologist.

Big in eye: You must see an ophthalmologist since it is obvious additional treatment will be necessary when the proper diagnosis is made.

If viral cold, yes: Sometimes with the viral shedding in the tear film, there can be minor irritation or blurriness that goes away as soon as the cold does. If not, call your eye doctor so they can assess under a slit lamp examination. Meanwhile,  if your eyes are feeling 'hot', cool compresses may be better than warm until the cold goes away. If eyes are feeling cool, or cold, the warm compresses would be comforting.
