Xemacort: The betamethasone in this should help calm down the allergic reaction. Try an oral antihistamine as well.

today a wandering dog bite my hen  and i save the hen from that dog.i washed my hand after touchng the hen.no wound in my hand.do i need to take rabies prophylaxis. dont know whether the dog has rabies or not.i only touched hen.do birds spread rabies?

Doubt it: Birds do not spread rabies. If the dog was rabid &amp; you had a bite or open wound that saliva entered you might have an exposure. I would also contact your local health department which follows any regional rabies activity &amp; keeps tract of prophylaxis supplies. If there is no rabies in your region it would be less of an issue overall.

Its progression would be unaffected by weight lifting or similar activities so you can resume lifting activities without concern.

If less than the minimum signs & symptoms, he may have marfanoid habitus (appearance) but not have Marfan syndrome.
