Possibly: But so can non-specific inflammation cause the same thickening. Needs a physical exam, sigmoidoscopy and maybe a biopsy to tell. Ct scan findings of the rectum can be non-specific and needs the physical examination to tell more.

Abnormal CT scan: Thickening of the esophageal wall does not necessarily mean cancer but should be ideally checked out by a gastroenterologist who can perform an Endoscopic exam which means examination via a tube with a lighted camera, especially if there are symptoms.

Good plan. : Good plan. Your urologist will check on cancer by either cystoscope and biopsy or cytology.  Or both.  you did not mention how long you have had trouble  it sounds like chronic cystitis but the exact diagnosis will be done with the evaluation.

: This is a finding found in interstitial cystitis, a condition usually causing urinary symptoms with associated discomfort in the lower abdomen.  I recommend consulting a urologist for evaluation and advice. At the very least, bladder wall thickening can can impair the bladder's ability to hold and properly expel adequate volumes of urine.

Low.: The two conditions are unrelated, so you are really asking if the diverticulitis diagnosis is correct.  The ct description is consistent with diverticulitis.  As long as there is no abscess or perforation, antibiotics should resolve the symptoms.  Otherwise, surgery.  If there is a cancer causing the problem the symptoms will not resolve without surgery.

said it went to stage 1. no blood/pain but now thickened bladder wall?

The bladder wall thickening with subsequent more urinary frequency is entirely expected. I'm sure your doctor will instruct you how to cope with it.
